Chinese Takeout Lemon Chicken

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook 4 min.
  3. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add snow peas and peppers; cook and stir 2 min.
  5. Mix dry jelly powder and corn starch in small bowl.
  6. Add remaining ingredients; stir until jelly powder is dissolved.
  7. Add to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min.
  8. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
