Chinese Takeout Lemon Chicken
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 cups snow peas, trimmed
- 1 small red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 4 min.
- or until done, stirring occasionally.
- Add snow peas and peppers; cook and stir 2 min.
- Mix dry jelly powder and corn starch in small bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir until jelly powder is dissolved.
- Add to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min.
- or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
