Pineapple Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, celery, and carrot; stir.
  3. Let cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add cooked chicken and combine.
  5. Add the crushed pineapple to the chicken mixture.
  6. Add sugar snap peas.
  7. Then add soy sauce, honey, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  8. Stir and let cook for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Serve over rice.
