Fruity Marshmallow Pops
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Jelly Powder, any flavour
- 1 jar (198 g) Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1-1/2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
- Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Gradually add to marshmallow creme in large bowl, beating with mixer after each addition until well blended.
- Stir in juice.
- Pour into 12 paper or plastic cups.
- Use back of spoon to gently press 2 Tbsp.
- marshmallows into jelly mixture in each cup.
- Freeze 1 hour or until almost firm.
- Insert wooden pop stick into centre of each cup.
- Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove from cups before serving.
