Russian Corn Bread Recipe
- 3 c. self rising corn meal
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 2 c. buttermilk
- Mix well and add in 1 c. minced onions.
- 3 average size warm peppers, minced 8 ounce.
- cream style corn 2 pound sugar
- Use Pyrex dish and bake in.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
