Russian Corn Bread Recipe

• 3 c. self rising corn meal
• 3 Large eggs
• 1/2 c. veg. oil
• 2 c. buttermilk

1. Mix well and add in 1 c. minced onions.
2. 3 average size warm peppers, minced 8 ounce.
3. cream style corn 2 pound sugar
4. Use Pyrex dish and bake in.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
