Beef Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Place beef on large sheet of aluminum foil and rub thyme into beef.
  2. Mix pepper, seasoned salt, garlic salt and oregano; sprinkle over beef and roll beef over foil to pick up remaining dry ingredients just sprinkled.
  3. Wrap beef in foil and chill for 12 hrs.
  4. Remove 2 hrs before cooking.
  5. Place beef in cooking pan and sprinkle with salt and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Add in 1 c. water to the pan and cook 45 min at 400 degrees, rare to medium rare.
  7. Cook longer for medium to well.
