Sweet Cider Mustard
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup dry mustard
- 1 dash salt
- 1 lg. egg
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender, process 20 seconds or until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
- Pour mixture into a heavy saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened; cool completely.
