Amaretto Shrimp

  1. Melt butter in skillet until golden brown.
  2. Add onions.
  3. Saute until transparent.
  4. Add shrimp and stir-fry 5 minutes until pink.
  5. Add amaretto, almonds and salt.
  6. cook 1-1/2 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Serve in a ramekin with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
