Chicken And Stuffing Casserole Recipe
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
- 6 pcs of chicken
- 1 cream of chicken soup
- Cook or possibly simmer chicken for 45 min.
- Remove skin and meat.
- Follow instructions for Stove Top (I use 2 c. water for moist stuffing).
- Don't add in the bread crumbs.
- When putting in second c. add in to cream of chicken soup to smooth it.
- Let it come to a boil and simmer the required time.
- Butter a casserole dish.
- First layer chicken, sprinkle layer of bread crumbs reserved from Stove Top.
- Spoon on broth mix lightly.
- Continue alternating chicken and crumbs and broth.
- On last layer pour remaining broth all over.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
