Beef and Bean Burritos

  1. Brown hamburger and onion; drain fat.
  2. Add bean dip, pepper, 1 cup cheese.
  3. Mix and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, heat milk, enchilada sauce, flour, salt and paprika.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Warm tortillas slightly if they are not pliable enough.
  7. Put about 1/3 cup of meat mixture and 1 tbsp.
  8. tomato on each tortilla and roll up.
  9. Place in a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam.
  10. Pour sauce over enchiladas.
  11. Cover with remaining 1 cup cheese and the olives.
  12. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes until bubbly.
  13. Serve with sour cream.
