Crunchy Apple Snacks
- 24 50% Less Salt Triscuit Original Crackers
- 1/2 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup celery and/or zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 small apple, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 12 grapes, sliced
- walnuts (optional)
- COMBINE cheese, vegetables and fruit.
- Spoon a generous dollop on each cracker.
- PLACE on a paper towel and heat in microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or bake at 325F (160C) until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- GARNISH with walnuts.
- SERVE hot or cold.
