Black and Blue Burgers

  1. Form burgers into 1/3 pound patties and chill.
  2. Mix ingredients for blackened spice together and dredge burgers in mixture until nicely coated.
  3. Grill burgers over hot coals, about 3-4 minutes a side for medium.
  4. Do not smash burgers while cooking.
  5. Serve on toasted kaiser rolls, covered with cheese and condiments of your choice.
