Premium Coconut Ice Cream
- 12 cup milk
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 13 cup shredded coconut
- 12 cup whipping cream (Heavy)
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 12 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 13 cup coconut rum (optional)
- Combine The First Four Ingredients In A Small Saucepan And Bring To A Boil.
- After Coming To A Boil Remove From Heat, Cover, And Let Steep Until Cool.
- Once It Reaches Room Temperature Strain, Put In An Airtight Container, And Chill In Fridge, At Least 2 Hours (Preferably 40 Degrees Fahrenheit).
- Get Ice Cream Maker Ready!
- After Chilled, Thoroughly Combine Milk Mixture, Cream, Sweetened Condensed Milk, And Vanilla.
- Pour Into Icecream Maker.
- When The Ice Cream Is About 5-10 Minutes From Being Done You Can Add In The Chocolate Chips, Shreeded Coconut, And If Your Feeling A Little Crazy, The Rum.
- *Heavy Cream Can Be Substituted For The Sweetend Condensed Milk, Altough I Find It Freezes Harder And Does Not Taste As Good.
