Raviolicious Stuffed Cookies

  1. Mix together: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder
  2. Add softened butter and the egg
  3. Knead with your hands until smooth
  4. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
  5. Roll the dough out thin and cut it into small discs
  6. Put half spoonful of caramel in the centre of a disc, then close it with another one and press on the edges to bind the two discs together
  7. Use a ravioli stamp to cut each caramel filled circle
  8. Bake at 180C for 8 minutes
