Hibiscus Cooler

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the ginger ale, cooled tea, peach slices, and rum or vodka (if using).
  2. Serve over ice.
  3. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig.
  4. NOTE: The cooler can be prepared (without the ginger ale) and refrigerated up to 6 hours in advance.
  5. Add the ginger ale just before serving.
