Lemon, Berry & Peach Parfaits

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Pour into blender.
  4. Add sour cream; blend until smooth.
  5. Return gelatin mixture to bowl.
  6. Refrigerate 10 min.
  7. or until cooled.
  8. Whisk COOL WHIP into gelatin mixture until blended.
  9. Refrigerate 10 min.
  10. Meanwhile, cut each peach into 16 thin slices.
  11. Place 3 peach slices on bottom of each of 6 dessert dishes; top each with 1 Tbsp.
  12. blueberries.
  13. Cover evenly with gelatin mixture and remaining fruit.
