Truly Delicious Low-Cal Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray cooking sheet with no-cal cooking spray.
  3. I like the Olive Oil Pam.
  4. Lay flatbread on sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly on flatbread and sprinkle with garlic and onion powder.
  6. Evenly distribute spinach, then chicken, then shredded cheese.
  7. Dot ricotta over mixture and sprinkle onion powder and more garlic powder, if desired.
  8. Pop the pizza in the 400degree oven for 10-12 minutes and enjoy!
