Angel Hair Appetizer Recipe

• 1 lb Sundried tomatoes -- packed In oil With 1/4 c. of oil -- from Jar
• 1 lb Feta cheese -- crumbled
• 2 bn Fresh cilantro or possibly parsley -- Coarsely minced
• 8 ounce Angel hair pasta

1. Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside.
2. Cook pasta until al dente, the drain and toss with sauce.
3. Serve hot or possibly cool.
4. Serves 8 as appetizer orside dish.
