Hot corn dip
- 2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Montery jack cheese
- 2 tbsp Chipotle peppers
- 1 can Diced green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 11 oz Sweet corn, drained
- 1/2 can Diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Green onion and cilantro
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all ingredients except green onions, cilantro, and tomatoes.
- Spread in pan, bake for 20 min.
- Top off with tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro.
- Serve with torilla chips.
