Carrot, Parsnip, and Pea Gratin

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Butter a 2-quart gratin or baking dish.
  3. Place the carrots, parsnips, peas, and onions in a medium bowl.
  4. Pour in the cream; season well with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss until well combined.
  6. Pour into the baking dish; bake, stirring halfway through, until bubbly and golden brown, 40 to 50 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
