Apple Noodle Pudding
- 12 ounces medium noodles or 12 ounces wide egg noodles
- 12 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup margarine, melted
- 12 cup orange juice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup golden raisin
- 12 cup dark raisin
- 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling (Comstock or other brand)
- 12 cup corn flake crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar, mixed with
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 lemon, juice of
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Top with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle on corn flake crumbs and cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350.
- Cut into squares.
