Tuna Melt Rolls

  1. Mix tuna, mayo and mustard in a bowl.
  2. Lay 1 teaspoon of the mix diagonally onto an egg roll wrapper.
  3. Top with a slice of cheese.
  4. Wrap it up by taking one corner over the tuna, bringing in the side corners, then rolling forward.
  5. Seal with olive oil.
  6. Fry in a pan until golden brown.
