Apple Spice Cocktail

• 4 apples
• 1 carrot
• 1 stalk celery
• gingerroot, 1 inch piece
• 14 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1. Using a juicer, process apples, carrot, celery and gingerrot.
2. Pour into a pitcher and whisk in cardamom and nutmeg.
3. Enjoy!
