Pork Chop Green Bean Casserole Recipe
- 6 pork chops
- 2 cans green beans
- 1 can celery soup
- Worcestershire sauce
- Brown pork chops.
- Drain green beans and place in casserole dish.
- Put browned chops on top of beans.
- Mix soup and Worcestershire sauce (about 1/2 tsp.).
- Pour this over chops and beans.
- Cook for 1 hour in 300 to 350 degree oven.
- May substitute potatoes for beans.
- Slice potatoes thin and cover bottom of buttered casserole dish, then add in chops, etc.
