Bistro Burger

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Place mushrooms and onions on sheet of foil; drizzle with oil.
  4. Grill patties 5 to 6 min.
  5. on each side or until done (160F).
  6. Meanwhile, grill vegetables (on foil) 4 to 5 min.
  7. or until crisp-tender; remove from grill.
  8. Top burgers with cheese.
  9. Place rolls, cut-sides down, on grill.
  10. Cook 1 min.
  11. or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
  12. Mix mayo, horseradish and chives; spread onto rolls.
  13. Fill with burgers and vegetables.
