Glazed Strawberry Pie
- 34 cup strawberry jelly
- 2 tablespoons red wine (or cassis)
- 1 12 pints strawberries, hulled
- 9 inches graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup whipped cream
- In a small saucepan, cook jelly with cassis over medium heat, stirring until jelly melts, about 1 minute.
- Arrange strawberries pointed ends up close together in pie shell.
- Brush berries with glaze.
- Refrigerate until glaze begins to set, at least 15 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Cut into slices and serve topped with whipped cream.
