Glazed Strawberry Pie

  1. In a small saucepan, cook jelly with cassis over medium heat, stirring until jelly melts, about 1 minute.
  2. Arrange strawberries pointed ends up close together in pie shell.
  3. Brush berries with glaze.
  4. Refrigerate until glaze begins to set, at least 15 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  5. Cut into slices and serve topped with whipped cream.
