Vegetarian Chili
- 1 (28 ounce) canof undrained diced tomatoes
- 2 cups corn
- 2 cups dried red kidney beans, soaked
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube, crumbled
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- Soak beans.
- Add everything else to the pot and simmer until hot.
