White Bean Salad
- 14 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 12 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 cup fresh basil leaf, roughly chopped
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil and cook the garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- In a salad bowl, combine beans, tomato, salt, black pepper and basil leaves.
- Pour warm garlic oil over the salad and combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
