Vegetable Simone

  1. Slice and chop carrots, green pepper, celery, broccoli, cauliflower tops and water chestnuts.
  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley flakes, minced onion, dill weed and celery salt and mix with vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with croutons and cheese.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes or covered in 300u0b0 oven for 45 minutes; add cheese 15 minutes before baking is finished.
