Holiday Nog Mold

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water.
  4. Cool 30 min.
  5. at room temperature.
  6. Pour milk into medium bowl.
  7. Add dry pudding mix.
  8. Beat with wire whisk 30 sec.
  9. Add to gelatin; stir until well blended.
  10. Stir in rum extract and nutmeg.
  11. Refrigerate 15 min.
  12. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  13. Gently stir in whipped topping until well blended.
  14. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  15. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  16. Unmold.
  17. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
