Grilled Teriyaki Tuna

  1. Mix sugar, steak sauce, soy sauce, sherry and garlic in saucepan; bring just to boil on medium heat.
  2. Remove from heat; keep warm.
  3. Brush tuna with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill 2 min.
  5. Rotate steaks 90; cook an additional 2 min.
  6. Turn steaks over; continue cooking until desired doneness, repeating the rotation process to evenly mark second side with grid lines.
  7. Spoon about 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the steak sauce mixture over each steak.
  9. Serve with 3 Tbsp.
  10. of the remaining sauce on the side.
