Bistro Crepes Suzette

  1. Grate peel from orange; section orange.
  2. Mix cream cheese, 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the marmalade, orange peel and almond extract until well blended.
  4. Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
  5. of the cream cheese mixture on half of each crepe.
  6. Fold crepes into quarters.
  7. Arrange on platter or individual serving plates.
  8. Heat remaining marmalade and liqueur in saucepan on low heat.
  9. Stir in orange sections.
  10. Pour sauce over crepes.
  11. Serve immediately.
