Mixed Greens with Prosciutto, Dried Figs & Asiago

  1. Combine spread and dressing until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until use.
  3. Can be prepared up to 3 days in advance.
  4. For each serving: Combine 3 cups (750 mL) salad greens and 1/4 cup (60 mL) each oranges, figs and prosciutto.
  5. Add 1 Tbsp.
  6. (15 mL) dressing mixture; mix lightly.
  7. Transfer to serving plate or bowl; top with 1 Tbsp.
  8. (15 mL) each cheese and nuts.
  9. Serve immediately.
