30-Minute Dijon Pork & Rice Pilaf

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook 8 min.
  4. or until meat is cooked through, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add water, rice, apples, cranberries and mustard to skillet; mix well.
  7. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  8. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
  9. Remove from heat; cover.
  10. Let stand 5 min.
  11. Spoon rice mixture onto serving platter; top with the meat mixture.
  12. Sprinkle with onions and walnuts.
