Jalapeno Mayonnaise

• 1 cup homemade
• bottled mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno peppers, finely diced
• 1 tbsp. olive oil

1. In a small bowl mix all ingredients until well blended.
2. Taste for the heat if not hot enough add more peppers or hot sauce.
3. Store in a air tight covered jar.
