Cucumber-Salmon Appetizer Bites

• 1/4 cup chopped cooked salmon
• 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
• 1/4 tsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 24 woven wheat crackers
• 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
• 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill

1. Combine salmon, cucumbers and lemon zest.
2. Spread crackers evenly with cream cheese spread.
3. Top with salmon mixture and dill.
