Bbq Pork Spare Ribs

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Parboil ribs by placing in a large pot filled with beer and water.
  3. Add 1 onion and peppercorns.
  4. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In medium sized saucepan heat oil, 1 chopped onion, and garlic.
  6. Cook until onions become translucent.
  7. Add vinegar, ketchup, molasses, lemon juice and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
  8. Season with pepper and a Tabasco sauce.
  9. Bring to a simmer.
  10. Remove ribs from pot and brush on sauce.
  11. Place in roasting pan and roast in oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
