Fish tacos

  1. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, onion powder and cumin on the fish
  2. Cook fish on a skillet with a tablespoon on vegetable oil about 3 min on each side if fish is thin
  3. Mean while cut cabbage into strips
  4. Add mayo, cream, lime and salt and pepper to the cabbage mix well and refrigerate
  5. Serve fish on a tortilla top with cabbage, Pico de Gallo, and I like pickled jalapenos and carrots on the side.
  6. Enjoy
