Fish tacos
- 2 lb tilapia
- pinch salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 onion powder
- 1 ground cumin
- 1 tortillas
- 1 cabbage
- 1 sour cream (I used central American cream but u can use sour cream)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lime
- 1 Pico de Gallo (I made mine but u can buy it already made)
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, onion powder and cumin on the fish
- Cook fish on a skillet with a tablespoon on vegetable oil about 3 min on each side if fish is thin
- Mean while cut cabbage into strips
- Add mayo, cream, lime and salt and pepper to the cabbage mix well and refrigerate
- Serve fish on a tortilla top with cabbage, Pico de Gallo, and I like pickled jalapenos and carrots on the side.
