Chocolate cherry dessert shots
- 1 packages 3 oz. cherry flavor gelatin
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
- 3 Squares bakers chocolate
- 12 Maraschino cherries or one for each ice cube tray
- Spray ice cube tray with cooking spray.
- Set aside.
- Boil water in microwave
- Mix in gelatin during at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved
- Microwave milk and chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until melted,
- Combine milk and jello, adding liqueur
- stir together and pour in ice cube tray
- Place a cherry in center of each cube
- Refrigerate 3 hours until set.
- Run a knife around the edges to loosen
