Chocolate cherry dessert shots

  1. Spray ice cube tray with cooking spray.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Boil water in microwave
  4. Mix in gelatin during at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved
  5. Microwave milk and chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until melted,
  6. Combine milk and jello, adding liqueur
  7. stir together and pour in ice cube tray
  8. Place a cherry in center of each cube
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours until set.
  10. Run a knife around the edges to loosen
