Cozy Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. In a 4 quart stock pot, saute the onions, celery, carrots and garlic with the olive oil on medium heat.
  2. Add cubed chicken and broth to the pot and bring to a boil for 20 minutes.
  3. In a sauce pan melt butter, then stir in flour and cook for two minutes.
  4. Add the noodles to the pot and simmer for twenty minutes.
  5. Add pepper, parsley then salt to taste.
  6. Add half and half then stir in flour mixture.
