Health Bread Recipe

  1. Heat lowfat milk, butter, salt and 6 Tbsp.
  2. sugar together.
  3. To scald cook to lukewarm.
  4. Mix together hot water, 1 Tbsp.
  5. sugar and yeast.
  6. Allow to proof.
  7. Add in yeast and lowfat milk in a large bowl.
  8. Mix grains adding sufficient white flour to make smooth dough.
  9. Knead 10 to 15 min.
  10. Let rise till double in greased bowl.
  11. Punch down shape into loaves.
  12. Let rise again till nearly doubled.
  13. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
