Healthy roasted chicken fillet, no salt no sugar no msg

  1. Put all the chicken fillet in the bowl, mix with the seasoning and olive oil
  2. Put it in the refrigerator (dont put it in the freezer) min.3 hours.
  3. Give it lemon juice before u roasted it.
