Healthy roasted chicken fillet, no salt no sugar no msg
- 1/4 kg chicken breasts fillet
- 4 onion, chopped
- 5 cayenne, chopped
- 2 lemon grass, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Put all the chicken fillet in the bowl, mix with the seasoning and olive oil
- Put it in the refrigerator (dont put it in the freezer) min.3 hours.
- Give it lemon juice before u roasted it.
- Healthy roasted chicken fillet with no salt, no sugar no msg are ready to serve :)
