Vegetarian Greek Bell Pepper And Feta Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine feta cheese, bell peppers, onions, olive oil, tomato paste, garlic, ground paprika, and pepper in a baking dish or casserole dish with a lid.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until vegetables are soft and cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. Remove lid and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
