SHAKE'N BAKE Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Cream Sauce

  1. MOISTEN pork tenderloins with water and coat with coating mix as directed on package.
  2. Bake at 400F (200C) for 30 minutes.
  3. MEANWHILE combine whipping cream, wine and mustard in a small pot.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered until sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon.
  5. TO serve, slice tenderloin into 1/2-inch (1 cm) slices.
  6. Pour 3/4 of the sauce onto a serving platter and place slices of pork on top.
  7. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley.
