Calming latte

  1. Boil one cup of water
  2. Pour it in a mug with an envelope of chamomile tea and let it rest for 5min
  3. Heat up milk and pour it in with the tea
  4. Add honey and sprinkle nutmeg and mix
  5. Enjoy!
