Ox Tail Stew

  1. Cook ox tails in all above ingredients until tender, 2 or 3 hours.
  2. Then add: 1 cup up diced carrots 2 stalks chopped celery 1 can tomatoes.
  3. Drop in vegetables with ox tails and cook until done.
  4. (Optional: add 1 teaspoon sugar to enhance flavor.)
