Mary's Perfect Roast Beef Recipe
- 1 eye of round, any size
- Kitchen Bouquet
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Line pan with foil.
- Rub beef all over with Kitchen Bouquet.
- Cold 5 min per lb.. Cut off oven and leave in oven for 3 hrs.
- Don't open door in the meantime.
