Mary's Perfect Roast Beef Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Line pan with foil.
  3. Rub beef all over with Kitchen Bouquet.
  4. Cold 5 min per lb.. Cut off oven and leave in oven for 3 hrs.
  5. Don't open door in the meantime.
