Tlt (Tempeh, Lettuce & Tomato)

  1. Layer one slice of bread with hummus; pile on the tempeh bacon, then the tomato, onion, lettuce, and sprouts.
  2. Add a dollop of hummus to keep the sandwich intact, top with another slice of bread, slice in half, and serve.
