Ginger-Chile Sauce

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the salt in a food processor and puree, stopping the machine to scrape down the sides as necessary.
  2. Taste and add salt as necessary.
  3. Serve or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks; bring back to room temperature before serving.
