Cheesy Nacho Chicken for Two (Or More!)

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. COVER baking sheet with foil.
  3. PLACE chicken breasts (if frozen thaw first) on baking sheet and make one large cut down the top center of each chicken breast.
  4. SPREAD salsa across the entire top each chicken breast.
  5. SPREAD a line of sour cream down the middle of each chicken breast.
  6. Do not cover entire breast as previously done with the salsa.
  7. BREAK tortilla chips up into small pieces.
  8. and sprinkle on top of the breasts.
  9. BAKE for 20 minutes.
  10. REMOVE from oven and cover with cheese.
  11. BAKE for 10 more minutes.
