Pizza Subs

• 4 sub buns/ hot dog buns
• 1/2 cup pizza sauce
• 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
• 1/2 cup sliced green pepper
• 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 cup grated mozzerella
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Place buns on a baking sheet opened.
3. Evenly top all buns with pizza sauce.
4. Then top one side of buns with sliced pepperoni.
5. Top the other side with sliced green peppers & sliced mushrooms.
6. Evenly top all buns with grated mozzerella cheese.
7. Garnish all buns with chopped parsley.
8. Bake in oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
